Codoid-Software Testing Company was hired by Staffhub, a global outsourcing company, to perform both manual and automated testing for a client's upgraded call management software. The project involved developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for one of the application's tricky features that had to be automated. The team from Codoid, consisting of three automation testers and one manual tester, performed manual tests until a stable version of the application was developed. They also wrote automation scripts and developed two automation test suites for smoke and regression testing. Codoid was also contracted by Takaful Emarat, a leading Life and Health insurance provider in the UAE, to provide automation testing services for their custom CRM. Their team, consisting of 2-5 employees, worked closely with Takaful Emarat's internal QA team to design a conclusive test strategy. They wrote automation scripts for all the sprint items developed in the previous sprint, developed automation test suites for each user role, and set up a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins. They also conducted Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to equip the internal QA team with the knowledge to maintain the automation scripts.
In another project, Vaibhav Stores, a major supplier of salon furniture, equipment, and beauty products in Bangalore, hired Codoid to automate their website's testing process. Codoid's team, also consisting of 2-5 employees, used real mobile devices and computers to test the website in different browsers. They achieved high levels of test coverage by automating numerous actions and flows such as login, order placement, product reviews, etc. Their use of parallel testing allowed them to complete tests on a large number of device and browser combinations within a short span of time. The client was impressed with Codoid's consolidated reports, which included detailed information on the different tests run on every device combination and their execution status.
