Cloudstaff was hired by an apparel company to recruit a pioneer sales team. The co-founder of the company, responsible for sales and production, wanted to free up time to focus on growing the business. Cloudstaff was chosen for their professionalism and talent provision after interviewing three companies. The vendor presented six suitable candidates with sales backgrounds, good English speaking skills and college education. After three rounds of interviews, the selection was made and the team member onboarding process was handled by the client company. Two representatives from Cloudstaff were involved throughout the hiring process, from finding and presenting candidates to scheduling interviews.

Cloudstaff was engaged by a financial platform company to support its loan processing operations. The CEO of the company, who oversees operations and works mostly in product, sought the vendor's help in back-office tasks and voice BPO work. Cloudstaff, acting as an extension of the operations team, processed customer loans, performed data entry, and provided voice services. The vendor's team, which the client company considers as their own, consists of three individuals reporting to the US-based operations manager. The hiring process involved multiple rounds of interviews, with feedback provided by the client to Cloudstaff. An account manager from Cloudstaff handled HR and administrative needs. The engagement started in June 2020 and continues to this day.
