CivicSoft was hired by a cloud management company to create a usage collection system and a billing engine. The company needed to replace and expand the functions of their existing comprehensive billing suite. Quin, the founder and principal of CivicSoft, initially designed the billing engine and integrated it into the company's existing software using C# and .NET. The upgrade allowed the billing engine to convert usage data into billing records. More team members from CivicSoft were later brought on board to work on different aspects of the project. The company invested between $500,000 and $1 million in this project, which ran from October 2019 to June 2020.
In another project, CivicSoft provided recruitment services for Shoshana Technologies, a home care management software company. The firm had a unique backend programming language and needed a specialist in this field. CivicSoft contracted a backend developer who successfully coded an entirely new version of the program. The partnership, which began in July 2021, resulted in an investment of around $60,000-$90,000 and is still ongoing.
