CI&T

CI&T was hired by Verus Technology Solutions, an IT services provider, to help with software development for their second line of business. The company was struggling to find qualified US-based developers that met their cost and quality expectations. CI&T provided software development resources across different technologies, primarily Microsoft .NET and related technologies. The scope of their involvement spanned from initial project conception to core development, testing, and post-deployment support. The team size varied depending on the project, ranging from 6 to 10 engineers. The engagement, which began in 2016, is ongoing and has cost approximately $500,000.

In another project, CI&T worked with SITA, an air transport communications company, to develop components of their air communications and messaging system. The custom software was built in C++, and CI&T also provided production support to maintain mission-critical applications. The team started with eight people and grew to 12, before reducing to seven during the pandemic. The engagement, which began in May 2015, is ongoing and has cost around $450,000.

CI&T was also engaged by Corvalent, a computer hardware company, to develop an industrial asset performance monitoring software solution. The aim was to design a robust industrial application software platform that could serve all twelve segments of their industrial industry. CI&T provided augmented services of UI, UX, front-end, and back-end development of the application platform. The team consisted of 6-7 professionals, including project managers, SCRUM Masters, UI/UX designers, and senior programmers.
