Caserta developed a cloud-based centralized repository for an academic cancer center. The platform, which used ETL and Snowflake via AWS, was designed to organize and analyze both structured and unstructured patient data. The project, which started in late 2018 and moved into implementation in 2020, cost the center between $1 million - $1.5 million. The platform also allowed the center to share data with external partners in a HIPAA compliant way.

For the social impact non-profit AARP, Caserta built a database environment to consolidate all digital data. The aim was to use this data to gain insight and improve the experience for AARP members. The platform, developed on AWS cloud, was completed within a year, from October 2016 to August 2017, and cost around $1 million. Caserta's team also trained AARP's software team to manage the platform.

Caserta was engaged by the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions to modernize their analytics environment. Over an eight-week timeframe, Caserta created a Cloud Native analytics reference architecture and recrafted the foundation's current analytics data into the new architecture. The project, which ran from September to November 2019, cost $258,000 including travel expenses. The plan included immediate and short-term tasks for transitioning to the new Cloud Native environment.
