Breeze Software was contracted by the CRM solutions company ItUa to develop a CRM system for an American client. The CEO of ItUa sought Breeze Software for their expertise in .NET technology. The project involved a team of 6-10 employees from Breeze Software who delivered a comprehensive CRM system with features such as contact and lead management, student enrollment and tracking modules, course and curriculum management features, and communication tools. Additional features included analytics and reporting tools for student performance and engagement, personalized learning plans, progress tracking, and integration with learning management systems. The project was successful, resulting in a detailed project plan, design documents, technical documentation, a fully functional CRM system, training materials, and a support package.

Breeze Software was also hired by the IP-telephony provider UniTalk to develop a Pharmaceutical CRM system for a herbal medicine manufacturer and integrate their IP-telephony. The Head of Sales at UniTalk chose Breeze Software for their high ratings and proximity to their geographic location. The project, which involved 2-5 employees from Breeze Software, aimed to reduce the time and costs for processing data reports across all branches, decrease expenses for maintaining separate systems, standardize data collection and report preparation processes, and create a unified sales database structure. The project was successful, resulting in a unified data system, standardized processes, a consolidated database structure, training materials, and integrated IP telephony with the ability to record all calls and AI advisory tools.
