Bravium Consulting Inc. was contracted by a device testing company to develop a custom software solution for equipment management. The client company, which tests prototypes of mobile devices and ensures compliance with regulatory and industry rules, required a system to track and record calibration information of their equipment. Bravium designed the data structure and built an MVP of the system for user feedback. The project, which ran from February to November 2019, involved a developer, two project managers, and Bravium's CEO. However, the project did not reach deployment due to the client's IT team's lack of resources to create the necessary environment for the application. As a result, the software could not be launched on an internal server as required, instead of a cloud-based server.
