Blue Beagle Consulting was hired by an environmental professional seeking to transition into a new industry. The individual sought help in identifying recurring work behaviours that caused challenges in different work environments and how to best manage these behaviours. Blue Beagle Consulting, which was found through United Way Project Blueprint and chosen due to a referral, assigned one employee to this project. The consultant worked with the client to identify the skills causing the client to become reclusive with teammates and create challenges in work environments. The consultant was able to pinpoint the source of the client's self-sabotaging behaviour and provided tools to help manage these behaviours. The client found the service beneficial in understanding and managing their work behaviour.
