Bitbot Studios was hired by BBC News to create a bot for sharing content on social media. The senior journalist at BBC News wanted a bot that would appeal to young people. After selecting Bitbot Studios through an online search and brief interview, the two teams collaborated on scripting and Bitbot Studios created, tested, and made alterations to the bot. The bot was then made live on a number of BBC News' social media platforms.
Bitbot Studios was contracted by FCB Inferno, a creative agency, to finish the development of a chatbot after their technical director left the agency. The goal was to maintain the delivery schedule and work within the pre-allocated budget. Bitbot Studios was selected for their ability to quickly understand the needs of the project and get moving. They finished the development of the chatbot, ran a thorough QA process, made additional tweaks and changes, and provided recommendations on how it should be updated and improved.
The Wisdom Council, a consumer-led insight company, hired Bitbot Studios to develop a survey bot for a collaborative research project. The goal was to create a highly engaging tool to gather data from consumers on a wide range of topics. Bitbot Studios developed a survey bot with a chat UI, making the survey more conversational and personal. The project began in September 2019 and is ongoing, with The Wisdom Council paying a monthly fee for the bot. Bitbot Studios was selected for their knowledge on the topic and the bespoke opportunities they offered.
