Bemind

Bemind undertook a project for a global beverage company that required localization of training materials. The materials were originally in English and needed translation to Portuguese for use in Brazil. Bemind successfully completed the translations, subscriptions, and subtitles within a two-month period. The company worked with a team of three Bemind professionals, each with a unique field of expertise. The total investment for the project was $60,000, significantly less than the cost of engaging their German supplier. The project ran from 2015 to 2016.

Bemind partnered with Basecinco, a company that builds tools and methodologies for self-improvement, to develop a web platform and mobile app for their iCANamy skill-building academy. The platform, coded in Python, provides a quantifiable way to measure growth and self-improvement for teenagers and young adults. The system focuses on question formulation, coaching and gamification, and co-creation of sessions and challenges. The partnership began in January 2014, with the main platform completed and improvements being continually made. The project investment ranged between $10,000 and $49,000.

A shoe retailer engaged Bemind to develop a platform for their onboarding process. The platform, based on gamification principles, was designed to enhance the experience for new employees. Bemind was recommended to the retailer and they worked closely with the company to develop the platform according to their specific ideas for the onboarding process. The project team consisted of three Bemind professionals.
