Beinf was hired by Support.pl to develop an AI system for their CRM platform. The goal was to enhance their customer service system by predicting customer behaviors and proposing tailored solutions. Beinf successfully delivered the project by analyzing Support.pl's data and providing data-based predictions and countermeasures. Now, Support.pl has a comprehensive report of user/customer profiles, risk levels, and a portfolio of next best offers that can be applied to each customer. The project was a success and Support.pl was satisfied with the results.

Beinf was also engaged by Astor and Co, a concrete manufacturing and supply company, to map and analyze data from different systems. The objectives were to predict potential churn customers and recommend retention strategies, and to create a daily operational system. Beinf successfully collected and connected data from all operational systems and provided descriptive reporting about Astor and Co's customer and partner base. The project is ongoing with diagnostic and predictive reports expected in the next iterations.

Invent Group, a distributor of technical and food lubricants, coolants, filtration and hydraulic equipment, hired Beinf to reassemble their inner data connections and build a structured AI engine. Beinf revamped Invent Group's internal data connections and established a fully automated data exchange pipeline. They also developed an AI engine capable of providing objective, data-driven predictions and insights, and automated the process of evaluating and retraining the engine as needed. The project successfully delivered the key deliverables and Invent Group was pleased with the results.
