Bear & Giraffe worked with OpenSource Connections to develop a search relevancy tool named Quepid. Initially built for in-house use, Quepid was transitioned into a full-stack, software-as-a-service product after customers expressed interest in using it directly. Bear & Giraffe was responsible for updating the user interface, implementing a system for collecting credit card information, and creating helpful documentation. The company invested between $50,000 and $199,000 in the project, which began in March 2015 and is still ongoing.

Bear & Giraffe partnered with Meriwether Godsey, a contract dining company, to develop a web-based menu hub. The app, built using Ruby on Rails and React, replaced the company's cumbersome Excel spreadsheets for managing menu cycles. The app allows users to review allergens, nutritional information, and ingredients or just to see what’s scheduled. Bear & Giraffe also developed a module for the menu hub that distributes PDF and HTML outputs of the menu. The project, which began in November 2017, cost approximately $100,000 and is still ongoing.

Faire Inc., an ethical e-commerce website, hired Bear & Giraffe to overhaul their Shopify website after a previous designer failed to meet their specifications. Bear & Giraffe first implemented quick fixes to make the site functional, then rebuilt it from scratch using Ruby on Rails. They continue to work with Faire Inc. on design and backend specifications. The project, which began in February 2018, has cost a little more than $50,000 and is still ongoing.
