Bandalier

Bandalier was hired by a legal services firm to expand their sales operations. The firm wanted to reach new prospects while maintaining their existing clients. Bandalier was selected from a shortlist of three companies for their ability to meet the firm's needs. The project started with a 20-hour, part-time resource to focus on specific geographic areas. The onboarding process was efficient and well-documented, with regular reviews to ensure progress.

In another project, Bandalier worked with a legal tech startup, Mighty, to strategize cold prospecting as a channel for acquiring new users. The CEO of Mighty, familiar with Bandalier's CEO from a previous role, chose to invest in their business model. The project, which ran from October 2018 to August 2020, involved setting up systems and providing personnel to achieve the company's goals. The project had a significant investment of $350,000.

Knowledge to Practice (K2P), an on-demand medical learning service, contracted Bandalier to overcome hiring delays for the Business Development Representative role. After researching several outsourced appointment setting companies and receiving references and referrals, K2P decided that Bandalier was the best fit for their needs. The project, which ran from January to August 2021, involved contracting two BDRs. The recruitment process included an initial discovery call, provision of available resources, pricing negotiation, and contracting.
