Avivi was hired by an Automotive Refurbishment Company to migrate their website, optimize it, and implement new tools. The Avivi team, consisting of 2-5 employees, helped choose the right server for the company's needs and set it up. They created a backup of the CRM and installed it on a new server in test and working versions. The work was not interrupted while updates and adjustments were made. After transitioning to the updated CRM, they began work on the website. They changed the filtering conditions for goods and services, added fields for SEO-texts, improved other tools, and added the feature of generating customer receipts in PDF format.

YourBuildingTeam, a construction company, hired Avivi to create convenient and productive software for customers and employees. The project was divided into two parts: website development and implementation of TCM and integration with the finished website. The website development included all stages of development of a new site: prototyping, design, frontend, backend, and testing. The Avivi team also configured the CRM and integrated custom CRM forms with the website. The system was integrated with the company's email for receiving customer requests. This part also included setting up business processes in the CRM: lead processing, deal management, reporting, internal document flow, company structure, and much more.

The Avivi team, consisting of 2-5 employees, worked on customizing Bitrix, creating over 60 additional advanced functions. With Bitrix, they now control any aspect of the companies, including CRM, project management, file repository, communication, quote, HR, and many other functions. They have been working with Avivi for over two years and are continuing this journey.
