In another project, Atlas - Clever Software developed a bespoke online CRM for a pharmaceutical marketing company. The company's existing Microsoft Access-based CRM was unreliable and could not support their growth. Atlas stabilized the existing system and performed a module-by-module analysis to develop a migration plan. The agile development approach allowed the client to shape the system during its creation. The solution needed to handle a complex pricing matrix previously stored in spreadsheets. Atlas created a minimum viable product (MVP) to validate the proposed solution, which was then expanded into a full application.
