Arete Software was hired by a boutique consulting firm to develop a mentoring platform. The firm had already created a prototype and needed Arete Software's expertise to develop a scalable, potentially widely distributed software. Arete Software guided the firm through their design phase, developing user personas, creating wireframes, and building a cloud-based app in AWS. They also designed and developed the firm's marketing website. At the peak of their involvement, there were around 15 people from Arete Software working on this project, including a business analyst, a project manager, developers, QA specialists, a designer, and a software team lead.
