Apps Firm was commissioned by Vision Care, a leading provider of eye care and hearing solutions in Sri Lanka, to develop a comprehensive iPad application. The aim was to create a staff satisfaction survey app that could be implemented across all of Vision Care's 50 outlets. The app was designed with a myriad of features, including multilingual capabilities, reporting tools, notifications, and business intelligence databases. The project was divided into two main components: the app and the administrative backend. Apps Firm was selected as the preferred vendor after Vision Care shortlisted and interviewed five potential mobile application developers. The project was led by a project manager from Apps Firm, with the managing director of Vision Care's Colombo branch mainly communicating with the team lead. The final product allowed Vision Care to effectively collect customer feedback, compile staff performance reviews, and ultimately improve their products and services.
