Applica was hired by a subscription-based mobile app to improve the user experience of a Mushroom Identification App. The company CEO had noticed users were having difficulty understanding some of the app's complex functionalities. In a project with Chimani, a mobile app guide for national parks, Applica was tasked with increasing revenue and user retention. Applica conducted an audit of existing apps for paid acquisition, and prepared recommendations for optimizing user retention, App Store Optimization (ASO) on iOS, and ad campaigns.
