Apologue collaborated with a medical device company to develop a patient engagement strategy for a newly launched patient app. The company sought Apologue's expertise to engage customers on multiple channels effectively. Apologue's founder provided an overview of how B2C companies engage with end-users, which was then applied to the client's patient engagement strategy. The team also conducted a risk assessment, which served as the foundation for the patient engagement approach. This project, which ran from October to December 2019, was led by the founder of Apologue, who was part of the client's network.

In another project, Apologue was engaged by Trellis Health, a women's healthcare startup focusing on fertility, to manage and operate their social media accounts. Apologue was responsible for creating monthly content calendars, managing community engagement, crafting a growth plan, and spearheading influencer deals. They also collaborated with a separate digital agency for Facebook and Instagram advertising. The team experienced significant growth in followers during the engagement period from June 2018 to November 2019. The project concluded when the company closed.

Apologue was hired by Viva Eve, a women's health services provider, for their expertise in social media management. The goal was to grow Viva Eve's social media audience and increase audience engagement. Apologue managed the client's social media platforms, community conversation, and monthly reports. They also came up with new ideas to drive growth and engagement on social media and negotiated with influencers to support key initiatives. The project was assigned to one Apologue employee and was successful in achieving the client's objectives.
