Agile Research then interviewed five individuals who matched this persona, using a detailed questionnaire. The results were summarized, reported back, and accompanied by video interviews. The collaboration involved three members from the SaaS company and one from Agile Research.
For the project with Esstech LLP, Agile Research was tasked with conducting focus group interviews with charity shop workers. The goal was to gain insight into the daily processes and operations of charity shops' stock and POS systems, and to understand the role of digital in the industry. Agile Research was chosen for the project due to their understanding and competitive quotation. They successfully recruited participants and conducted individual interviews, providing valuable results. The team comprised a recruiter and an interviewer.
Agile Research was contracted by a healthcare provider to conduct usability testing for a new service site and sign-up process. The goal was to improve the site's performance and demonstrate user involvement in their service development. Agile Research was selected due to a colleague's recommendation and their experience in healthcare. They conducted user testing interviews and focus groups, identifying usability issues on the page and suggesting improvements for the sign-up journey. The team included a project manager, a user researcher, and an account manager.
