Affirma Consulting partnered with The Gunter Group, a leadership, planning, and management consulting firm, to provide technical expertise in consulting roles. The partnership was established based on a mutual respect developed while working on a client project. Affirma Consulting provided two system architects for the project, including a principal engineer and a systems engineer. The project, which began in December 2023, involved an enterprise architecture engagement with a client who sought to broaden the scope of their managed service to system architecture and lead development roles. The Gunter Group has invested between $300,000 and $400,000 in the ongoing relationship with Affirma Consulting.

Indiana Family Health Council (IFHC), a nonprofit organizing hub for health justice, engaged Affirma Consulting to maintain and update data systems required for federal funding and provide technical assistance for websites. Affirma Consulting was selected based on its high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The project involved updating the Azzure App data system, converting data fields to LOINC codes for federal government submission, enhancing PowerBI reporting based on Azzure App, and creating and updating websites. The project was executed by a team of 6-10 employees from Affirma Consulting.

A medical device manufacturer hired Affirma Consulting to migrate Power BI dashboards, reports, gateways, and users and permissions from one O365 tenant to another. Affirma Consulting was chosen for its high ratings, great culture fit, and a referral. The project involved auditing existing Power BI assets, preparing the destination O365 tenant, migrating Power BI dashboards, reconfiguring and testing data gateways, reestablishing user permissions, validating functionality, and providing post-migration support. The project was carried out by a team of 6-10 Affirma Consulting employees and aimed to ensure data integrity, continuity, and minimal downtime for business users.
