Highlights from Recent Projects
Acklen Avenue Software was approached by Healthcare Bluebook, a healthcare consulting company, to assist with a software development project. The team from Acklen Avenue managed the project and development process, handling the user stories, running the Scrum process, and gathering requirements before delivering the software. The team from Acklen Avenue consisted of ten members, including a Scrum master, a business analyst, two developers, two QA testers, a UI/UX developer, and a project manager. The project started in October 2020 and is expected to be completed by July 2021.
A sustainable investment fund engaged Acklen Avenue Software to create an investment platform for its customers and staff. The platform guides new investors through the compliance process, allows them to connect their bank accounts, and enables them to easily view their account summary. On the administrative side, the platform provides a backend for employees to view investors and service their accounts. Additionally, it automates email notifications and paper mailing. The project, which started in August 2016, was completed but Acklen Avenue continues to provide ongoing maintenance and support.
SecondKeys, a real estate technology company, hired Acklen Avenue Software for a UI/UX redesign project. The goal was to enhance user interaction and create a unique design that stands out from standard property management systems. After an in-depth review of the current state of the product and the new features in development, Acklen Avenue proposed a wireframe and proceeded with the project. The team consisted of a designer for the UI/UX and a developer for the HTML and CSS. The final design was then passed on to SecondKeys' internal development team.
