Acid Tango was hired by a real estate company to develop a website from scratch. The company was impressed by Acid Tango's team background and broad experience. The project involved daily meetings and the client was made part of the whole process, which was appreciated especially during the COVID lockdown. Almost 10 people from Acid Tango worked on the project, though not all at the same time.
Acid Tango was engaged by Happets, a premium pet food subscription service, to optimize and scale their back office, add new functionalities to their platform, and improve the performance of the home page. Acid Tango was selected due to the speed and expertise they offered. The project involved improving the back office, adding new functionalities related to subscription model management, orders management, and customer service support. They also maximized scalability in the back office, eliminated most manual data entries, and redesigned the platform for better usability. The team consisted of a project manager, 3 front-end developers, 4 back-end developers, and 2 UX/UI designers.
DESCIFRA, a map infotech company, hired Acid Tango to redesign their entire UX/UI from scratch. Acid Tango designed the customer journey by understanding how DESCIFRA's customers used their previous platform and mapped that into a new design for the whole platform. They also helped implement an agile scrum way of working and built widgets and the capability of selecting maps. Four people from Acid Tango worked on this project most of the time. The engagement lasted from February to July 2020 and DESCIFRA invested $80,000 in the project.
