a5 Branding & Digital was hired by the Northbrook Park District to analyze and develop a new brand for its golf course, Heritage Oaks Golf Club. The project involved extensive stakeholder input, updates across the brand tree, including facility name, course names, restaurant name and logo, tag line, and facility logo mark. The a5 team was selected from seven firms that submitted proposals due to their creative portfolio. The project was completed in line with the established timeline and included presentations to the Park Board of Commissioners and staff. The new brand invokes the history of the facility while bringing a more modern and current feel.

The Village of Niles contracted a5 Branding & Digital for a marketing and advertising campaign aimed at attracting young families. The "resident attraction" campaign has been a5's focus since 2019 and has been displayed across various mediums including social media, Google and YouTube Ads, radio ads, magazines, and print publications. a5 also provided graphic design for various programs and events, branding for the village's design district, and coordinated a two-day photoshoot. The partnership with a5 has been ongoing since November 2018, with the contract renewed annually.

The Illinois Park & Recreation Association (IPRA) hired a5 Branding & Digital to expand the reach of its Unplug Illinois public awareness campaign. a5's services included art direction, development of radio PSAs, securing interviews, press releases, social media and website creation, increasing statewide awareness of the campaign, presenting at conferences, and updating marketing materials and collateral. The a5 team was selected based on their client list and the introductory call. The collaboration with a5 led to a successful expansion of the campaign's reach.
