4Thought Marketing worked with Optiv Security, an information security consultancy, to implement a customer relationship management (CRM) solution and marketing automation tool. The company needed a system to track communications and user engagement on their website. 4Thought Marketing, chosen for their intimate knowledge of the NetSuite system, functioned as an extension of Optiv Security's team. They successfully expanded their services to include all aspects of marketing automation and produced several useful tools. One of them, Four Segment, is a robust segmentation tool that enhances what an automation platform can provide. The project had a financial scope of around $100,000 and the companies maintain an ongoing relationship.

In another project, 4Thought Marketing collaborated with a computer software firm to integrate Eloqua and Salesforce. The firm had been struggling with a flawed integration and undefined processes in their marketing operations. 4Thought Marketing conducted a comprehensive review of the program builder, created a master exclude list, and fixed incorrectly mapped fields in Salesforce. They also improved data quality by validating country and state fields, and standardizing existing data. They successfully integrated WebEx with Eloqua, which significantly improved the firm's email campaign process. The project cost approximately $25,000 and was completed in August 2015.
