VIKRITI Management Consulting was engaged by Optum Ventures, a venture capital firm, to assist in strengthening their growth organization. VIKRITI developed playbooks and other assets for their growth efforts, identified areas that needed improvement, and created a concept known as the Growth Academy. The aim was to expedite the learning process of participants who usually require 3-4 years of experience to be effective at their jobs. The project was led by a team of five, with the founder of VIKRITI acting as the transformational leader. The client spent around $400,000-$500,000 throughout the engagement which began in February 2017 and is ongoing.

VIKRITI Management Consulting was hired by an online retail company to bring structure to their rapidly growing and increasingly complex technology department. The project involved multiple phases including identifying the current state, interviewing leadership to understand the company's direction, executing on the future state, and leading the company through change management. The CEO of VIKRITI and two other individuals worked directly with the client's team on this project.

Xcel Energy, a major U.S. regulated electric and natural gas delivery company, hired VIKRITI Management Consulting to transform their Talent Acquisition Function. VIKRITI was chosen through an RFP process due to their close geographic location, budget-friendly pricing, and cultural fit. The scope of work included evaluating the current state of the Talent Acquisition function, making recommendations for improvement, leading project teams on each work stream, and assisting with the implementation of recommendations. The project was handled by a team of 6-10 employees from VIKRITI.
