Soko Solutions

Soko Solutions worked on a tech staff augmentation project for an environmental nonprofit. The company's main challenge was managing contracts for their team members based in Latin America. Soko Solutions provided tech experts and handled contracts and payments for the nonprofit, which prevented the need for individual contracts with each team member. The team worked on technology development, project management, systems engineering, and frontend design and development. The partnership, which began in July 2017, is ongoing and costs approximately $600,000 a year.

In another project, Soko Solutions was hired by Creatia, a company specializing in AI-based solutions, to select and train an AI model to classify natural language claims. The team also conducted tests to validate the selected model in relevant and real environments and designed an automated process to retrain the model. The project was divided into sprints with clear deliverables, and Soko Solutions was chosen for their high ratings, geographic location, and good value for cost.

Soko Solutions also worked with Pradecon, a company in the steel industry, to digitize processes and documents and integrate systems. The goal was to improve operational efficiency, enhance collaboration, ensure data security, reduce costs associated with physical documents, and establish an effective digital framework. Soko Solutions was selected for their good value for cost and aligned company values. The project was completed by 2-5 employees from Soko Solutions.
