The scope of work included a refresh of the Facebook ads campaign structure and creatives, the creation of an Omnichannel Reporting Process, and quality assurance for Conversion Tracking in the first week. In the second week, Proverve set up an MMP, integrated it with Facebook Ads, and set up App-install campaigns. They also optimized Facebook Ads on an ongoing basis. The third week involved competitor analysis and keyword research for Google Ads, as well as the setup of a new Google Ads account and a Paid Search campaign. The fourth week included a paid activity assessment, a discussion on growth plans post the 30-day trial, and a handover activity if the client was unsatisfied. The project was successful and met the client's objectives.
