LGND partnered with the New York Association of Realtors to develop a new website. The project involved migrating the platform from Sitefinity to WordPress, with LGND handling both design and development. The scope of work also encompassed onsite SEO and ADA compliance. The project team consisted of designers, developers, and project managers. The engagement, which began in November 2018, continues with LGND providing ongoing maintenance. The total investment for this project was just under $250,000.

For the automotive manufacturer, Toyota, LGND was tasked with building an immersive grassroots advocacy experience. The project involved the launch of the One TPD platform in 2023, which was supported by leading UX and UI systems and external API integrations from Quorum. The custom-built web application gave Toyota's Government Affairs team the freedom to build upon its advocacy program without limitations. The platform combined content and gamification functionality, providing Toyota with the tools to elevate auto industry advocacy. The project was a referral and was selected based on high ratings, geographic location, budget, culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values.

LGND was hired by the American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), a trade association representing health insurance providers, to produce video content. The objective was to educate key audiences about the work health insurance providers do to make healthcare more accessible and affordable. The scope of work involved creating videos on various aspects of AHIP's work, including mental health and health equity efforts, and their foundational mission. The content, a mix of animation and live-action, was optimized for use across platforms to maximize reach while building upon AHIP's existing brand identity. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees.
