Greenwise Consulting

Greenwise Consulting was hired by Smiling Coral Indonesia, an organization engaged in marine and coastal conservation, to increase the market share of sustainable businesses in coastal communities. The project involved a team of 2-5 Greenwise consultants and focused on coral and mangrove rehabilitation through ecotourism, as well as seaweed cultivation. The organization chose Greenwise based on their close geographic location and value alignment. The project successfully increased the visibility and market share of sustainable businesses, contributing to the overall circular economy in the coastal communities.

Greenwise Consulting was also enlisted by energy solutions startup, Comestoarra.com, to help secure funding and grants from national and international entities. The Greenwise team, comprised of 2-5 employees, was responsible for brainstorming, proposing, and submitting documents to grant institutions, assessing the project proposal's visual, financial, and social aspects, and translating the legal agreement between Comestoarra.com and the government of Ende. Greenwise was chosen for their culture fit and openness to innovation. With their assistance, Comestoarra.com was able to successfully secure the necessary funding and grants for their waste-to-energy supply value chain management project.
