Epic Apps was contracted by an audiovisual labor booking company to modernize their platform. The company's previous system was reliant on spreadsheets, individual checks, and traditional contracts. Epic Apps developed a comprehensive online scheduling system that allowed for online payments, invoice creation, and contracting. The platform was customized to fit the company's specific needs and was integrated with Bill.com, merchant services, and DocuSign contracting. The project, which started in May 2018, is currently in its beta testing stage. The company has invested about $80,000 in this project and hopes to continue their partnership with Epic Apps.

The company was also hired by a data-gathering platform to assist with app development. The platform is designed to assess and teach soft skills to businesses and other partners. Epic Apps developed both iOS and Android versions of the app and designed a database to manage incoming data. They also set up server storage, backup, video transcoding, and compression through AWS. The iOS app was developed using Swift 5.2, while the Android app was built using Java. The project, which started in March 2020, is ongoing and has so far cost the client $41,000 excluding support fees.

Epic Apps was also engaged by The Travel Trainer LLC to build an app called KINETICOACH. The app, designed for on-the-go workouts, allows users to input their experience, fitness goals, and energy levels and provides customized video instructions for workouts. Epic Apps was tasked with rebranding and refreshing the iOS app, which was initially developed by another company, and creating the Android app from scratch. They also redesigned the project. The project began in January 2019 and went live in December. The company has invested $75,000 in the project and continues to work with Epic Apps.
