Cloudsquare worked with CapFront, a business funding brokerage firm, to enhance their marketing and customer relationship management efforts. The project involved the deployment of Salesforce, the integration of BrokerSuite, an app developed by Cloudsquare, and the integration of other related applications and software into the Salesforce CRM system. These included DocuSign for easy e-signature solutions, Salesforce Pardot for marketing automation, and a bank statement reading technology. Cloudsquare also integrated Vonage, a smart call center solution, into the systems. The engagement started in August 2020 and is ongoing.

Cloudsquare collaborated with KenKar LLC, a distributor for medical equipment manufacturers, to automate their order processing using Salesforce. The project involved the development of an order processing program within Salesforce that digitally generated documents and streamlined the order fulfillment process. This tool also enabled the tracking of salesmen and end-users and the generation of other reports. The engagement, which cost around $30,000, took place from March to June 2020.

Cloudsquare was engaged by THINK Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage firm, to assist with their migration to a Microsoft cloud platform. The team visited the client's office, located their old manual server, and carried out the migration. After the migration, they continued to provide support due to the novelty of the process.
