They set up a Kubernetes cluster on the servers to manage the load and provide enough capacity for users. This enabled the IT infrastructure to scale automatically and reserve copies for quick recovery in case of a malfunction. The team also implemented logging and monitoring using Prometheus and conducted an audit to reinforce security measures. The project was managed by a Senior DevOps engineer and a Product Owner. In another project, BoredDevOps was hired by a multiproduct IT company to build a Kubernetes architecture and migrate their system. The team designed, deployed, and maintained DEV/PROD environments in one cluster, trained the client's engineers, and set up automated processes for WordPress development. They also configured full monitoring of the cluster and applications using Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, and Slack. The project was led by BoredDevOps' CTO and two DevOps. Lastly, BoredDevOps worked with a B2B gaming platform to migrate from a self-managed environment to AWS with Kubernetes infrastructure. The team containerized the project, deployed the test infrastructure, configured the delivery of code to different environments, and released the production infrastructure. They covered everything with metrics using PHP, NodeJS, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and ES. The project was managed by the CTO and the DevOps team.
