The agency's task was to improve the quality of interested applicants for the fellowship program. Altorise was chosen based on its value for cost, positive referral, and alignment with the company's values. In response, Altorise assigned 6 to 10 employees to the project. Their tasks included brand strategy development, marketing growth on social media, media buying and planning, website design and maintenance, technology consulting, email marketing, and exploring new initiatives in marketing. The agency also worked on improving collaboration with fellows, NGOs, partners, and alumni, and enhancing impact measurement for the program. The project resulted in the increased overall growth and reach of the SBI Youth for India Fellowship program.
